Because of Hurricane Nicole, the Metropolitan Environmental Training Alliance’s (METRA) Environmental Excellence Day was postponed to Feb. 9, 2023.
This annual event will be held at the Winter Park Events Center. the event will feature presentations from experts in the areas of hazardous waste management; storage tank compliance; air permitting; asbestos; and environmental, social, and governance framework.
Lunch and snacks will be provided and there will be ample time to mingle in the exhibit hall.
A networking social hour will follow at the nearby Bar Louie.●
METRA is a not-for-profit partnership of professionals that provides free or low-cost environmental compliance training to the Central Florida small business community and local government agencies.
