Appeals Court Leaves Florida’s 404 Assumption Vacated

Florida’s long-running effort to assume Clean Water Act section 404 permitting authority suffered another major setback on March 27, when the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit upheld the lower court ruling vacating the program.
